I’ve learned that Fallon fired Kranzler the day after the Oscars while the talk show host’s team was in preliminary conversations with NBC about a new contract for him.
That ended Fallon’s second stint with Kranzler who originally managed the actor for three years during Fallon’s tenure on Saturday Night Live in the early 2000s.
After a brief hiatus, Fallon re-signed with Kranzler in 2008, a year before the launch of his late-night NBC show Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
During the past five years, Fallon also branched out into producing and hosted the Primetime Emmy Awards.
He continues to be represented by CAA, which is handling his negotiations with NBC.
The event is part of a five-stop traveling exhibit in five international cities including Toronto, Sao Paulo, Amsterdam, and Belfast.

Justin Bieber's pet monkey was quarantined at a Munich Airport on Thursday after the pop singer failed to provide documentation for the animal, the Associated Press reports.
The capuchin monkey, named Mally, is now staying with authorities while Bieber is in the country, and Bieber may face a $15,000 fine.
The monkey was a 19th birthday gift from Bieber's friend Jamal Rashid, a music producer who is also known as Mally Mall.
Rashid posted photos of Bieber with the monkey to his Instagram account:

The Sun spoke to a customs official who explained the situation: “You cannot just land with a wild animal and bring it into the country if the flight has not originated from another EU country and you don’t have the proper paperwork.”
“He and Mally go everywhere together. He will be heartbroken it has been put in quarantine." A source close to Bieber told the British tabloid: "He seems as fond of Mally as Michael Jackson was of his chimp Bubbles.”

And dozens of blue-chip brands are advertising on it, including Visa, The Wounded Warrior Project, and AT&T.
One problem with online advertising, particularly when it's bought via automated bidding, is that often huge companies with wholesome images end up unintentionally buying ad space on a strange assortment of websites. As long as the ads get shown to the target audience for the right price, the rest is just details.
We've collected images of 13 brands that might not know what they're advertising next to.
Sometimes the ads on Media Takeout are what you'd expect on a site covering news like the hottest trends in Florida strip clubs.

Bieber is reportedly quite close to the the monkey and the relationship is reminiscent of Michael Jackson's friendship with his chimpanzee Bubbles.
It may worry Bieber, however, to learn that the monkey he owns is potentially dangerous.
Bieber's monkey is believed to be a capuchin monkey, given to the singer by a friend on his 19th birthday earlier this year. The friend, music producer Jamal Rashid, has posted numerous photos of the monkey on his Instagram.
Capuchin monkeys are native to South America, and have a long history of interaction with humans — they are often known as "organ grinder" monkeys, for example, and in the 1930s, there was reportedly a trend in Florida for keeping the monkeys as "Greyhound jockeys" and having them ride dogs in races.
The breed has been displayed positively in popular media — in the NBC comedy Friends, Ross Geller keeps a capuchin monkey as a pet for a number of episodes, although the monkey is eventually sent to a zoo. The animal was also featured prominently in "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Night at the Museum."
Due to their fame, high intelligence and small size, the monkeys are somewhat popular as pets, and they can be owned without permits in a number of states. One estimate suggested there could be up to 100,000 capuchin monkeys being kept as pets in the United States.
However, adult capuchin monkeys can be dangerous. A 2010 Associated Press article warned that when the monkeys "reach sexual maturity around 5 years old, they can turn dangerous and destructive".
"Can you imagine going into the jungle, grabbing a monkey out of a tree and taking him home? He'd rip your face off as he should, as he should," Lynn Cuny, founder and chief executive of a sanctuary, Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation Inc. in Kendalia, Texas, told the AP.
Even those who have generally positive experiences with the monkeys report some problems. In a 2003 interview, a former organ grinder who owns four capuchin monkeys and was running an advice website for monkey owners said that one monkey had attacked her recently.
"You never know which ones will grow up and attack and which ones won't," Sony Rickson toldNational Geographic. "I have one that I worked with for seven years and I'd go everywhere with her—and all of a sudden one day she just turned on me. I have another one that I raised from a baby who wouldn't even think of biting me."
On the other hand, Bieber could gain hope if he looks to Jackson and Bubbles.
Chimpanzees are notorious as bad pets as they can turn suddenly violent — a brutal chimpanzee attack on a woman in Stamford made headlines around the world in 2009. However, Bubbles was not reported to be violent during his time with Jackson, and was described by the owner of the sanctuary he lived in after Jackson's deathas "a very sweet and nice chimp."
Queen singer Freddie Mercury disguised the late Princess Diana as a male model and smuggled her into a notorious gay bar, according to a memoir serialised in the Sunday Times.
Comedian Cleo Rocos describes in her book "The Power of Positive Drinking" how she, Mercury and fellow comedian Kenny Everett dressed Diana in an army jacket, cap and sunglasses for a night out at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, south London, in the late 1980s.
"When we walked in... we felt she was obviously Princess Diana and would be discovered at any minute. But people just seemed to blank her. She sort of disappeared. But she loved it," said Rocos, who co-starred in Everett's television show.
She said she did not know whether Diana was propositioned in the bar in her guise as a male model, but added: "She did look like a beautiful young man."
The presence of Mercury, Everett and Rocos diverted revellers' attention and Diana was able to order drinks undetected, Rocos recalled.
Diana lived under the glare of the paparazzi and died in a car crash in Paris in 1997, pursued by photographers.
Mercury, loved for his spellbinding live performances and enduring Queen hits including "Bohemian Rhapsody", died in 1991 aged 45 of an AIDS-related illness.

Arie wrote on her website: "Yes there should be a movie made, and YES they should have chosen someone who LOOKS like Nina Simone, ESPECIALLY since her RACE played such a PIVOTAL role in WHO, WHAT and WHY, she was."

12.4 million viewers tuned into the season three finale of AMC's hit zombie series last night.
What was a surprise was that it beat out the end of the five-part mini-series "The Bible" on Easter Sunday. The finale, which showed Jesus during a bloodied crucifixion had 11.7 million viewers.
Earlier, the History series premiered with higher ratings of 13.1 million.
As for "Game of Thrones," the season three premiere drew 4.4 million viewers. Despite what seems like a low number, the audience was actually up 13 percent from last year and is a record high for the series.
The only event that beat out the season three finale of AMC's hit zombie series was the NCAA Championship with a total estimated 15.7 million viewers.
The only series that came seriously close to beating out "The Walking Dead" were CBS' combination of "60 Minutes" and "The Amazing Race" during the 8 o'clock hour when 10.5 million people tuned in.
How does AMC get so many people to tune in live to the series?
AMC is huge on social media integration.
Not only do cast members, including Norman Reedus and now departed Michael Rooker, tweet out before, during, and after the series, but the show almost always has at least one trending topic on Twitter for the evening.
Right after the show is over, AMC airs "The Talking Dead," a one-hour series discussing and dissecting the action that just occurred on the episode. Hosted by Chris Hardwick, series producers and actors often join in on the show, and viewers at home are encouraged to call in with questions or submit them via Facebook or Twitter.
During the show, AMC also delivers a second screen story sync option offering playbacks at moments on the show that just happened, popular screen captures from the show, trivia questions, and polls for fans.
Though "The Walking Dead" numbers may seem gigantic now, ABC favorite "Lost" garnered 13.5 million viewers during its series finale in 2010.
Other popular network series including "Cheers" and "Seinfeld" had series finale of nearly 80 million and 76 million respectively.
"The Walking Dead," of course, has a way to go before a series finale.

William Shatner may be 82 years old, but he's still battling humanoid reptiles on TV for a living.
In an ad for a forthcoming Star Trek video game, Shatner and a Gorn duke it out, reprising an epic battle from an old 'Star Trek' episode. After a few painful swings and lame-looking dodges, Shatner stops. "We're both too old for this," he pants.
The ad takes appropriate aim at the Trekkie crowd, its soundtrack and fight sequence sure to hit a nostalgic nerve for anyone who remembers the original combat scene.
Paramount, which developed the video game, are crossing their fingers that Captain Kirk and the Gorn are still relevant and cool — even if they are more lethargic than ever.
