"Jersey Store" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi filed a lawsuit against SRG Ventures this summer, claiming that they'd failed to fulfill their end of the star's product agreement.
But now SRG is hitting back -- and accusing Polizzi of entertaining offers from other companies while they were trying to make a deal.
They're suing her to the tune of $7 million, the New York Post reports. The figure seems a little excessive, considering we can't imagine anyone's made nearly that much off Snooki-themed merch.
But hey, we've already watched Polizzi go to jail after drunkenly faceplanting in the sands of Seaside and ram a parked police car. Getting to see her argue a civil suit would feel downright highbrow.
