Rosie O'Donnell snatched up a $2.5 million townhouse on West Grace Street in Chicago just a few months ago, to have a place to stay while filming her new talk show on The Oprah Winfrey Network.
But now the house is back on the market, according to The Real Estalker.
The show films in Chicago, and while O'Donnell originally said she'd commute from New York, where she currently lives she soon realized that the company-provided apartment was sufficient, the Real Estalker wrote.
The current sale price is the same one O'Donnell paid back in the fall.
The home is a 6,000-square-foot brick-and-limestone townhouse on an extra-wide lot in the Lakeview neighborhood on the north side of Chicago.
The three-story house has five bedrooms, five baths, and two half baths.
The ceilings are 11-feet tall, and the house features an open-plan kitchen and family room. Other amenities include a heated three-car garage, butler's pantry and a 2,000-square-foot roof terrace.
The family room has an open floor plan with the kitchen.
The kitchen features an island and a butler's pantry off the side.
The kitchen has marble countertops.
