Lively, 24, says she has had only four boyfriends in her whole life and has never been with anyone that wasn't a boyfriend.

• Actor Kelly Blatz (Blake co-starred with him in the thriller Simon Says; the two dated from 2004 to 2007);

• Actor Penn Badgley (Gossip Girl co-stars dated from 2007 to 2010)

• Actor Leonardo DiCaprio (May-Oct 2011)

• Actor Ryan Reynolds (the Green Lantern co-stars are still dating)
