Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive lineman Gerald McCoy got an opportunity to ask Madonna a question during her press conference but seemed more interested in getting a kiss from the aging pop star. But this week's Super Bowl halftime act wasn't having it (via TBO.com)...
McCoy, working as a reporter for OCNN – Chad Ochocinco's network – showed a lack of fear that would impress Bucs fans during the music legend's Super Bowl news conference Thursday in Indianapolis...The back-and-forth began when a bold McCoy, sitting among hundreds of media members, told Madonna, "I'm only 23, but I love you"...She jokingly replied, "I have love for 23-year-olds," but begged, "Please don't ask a stupid question"...McCoy then popped the big one: "So I'm assuming no kiss after this?"...Shaking her head, Madonna replied, "No."
Oh man, there is so much to love about this: 1) "Like A Virgin" was released in 1984, and McCoy wasn't born until 1988; and 2) the Ochocinco News Network is a real thing. Who knew?
