During a serious segment on eye tests for senior citizens, this Norwegian news program displayed an eye test chart full of Internet abbreviations.
According to The Local, producers for Norway's NRK nightly news program received the graphic from one of their stock picture suppliers but failed to notice the number of slang abbreviations it contained.
Instead of a jumble of letters that you'd find during a routine eye test, viewers were provided with a chart containing well known Internet slang phrases such as "OMG," "WTF," and "STFU."
