Rapper Nelly and Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk owe the bank a lot of money.

Breman Bank and Trust filed a suit in St. Louis County Circuit Court Thursday against the pair along with St. Louis lawyer N. Scott Rosenblum and Carrie Campbell, to pay up for for defaulting on a $318,000 promissory note.

According to the suit, the group borrowed about $1.67 million from the bank and put two pieces of property in Clayton, Missouri up as collateral.  The bank is seeking the difference between the loan amount and what they made after selling the properties.

This isn’t the first time the group has gotten into legal trouble. In March, along with Colin Reily and NBA stars Darius Miles and Larry Hughes, they were sued by Truman Bank for millions after misrepresenting the value of a former Planet Hollywood location.
