DeSean Jackson and the Eagles have seen better days on the football field.

But off the field, Jackson seems to be doing alright.

On Sunday, Jackson was seen "getting cozy" with model Esther Baxter at a club in Philly, and the very next night he was spotted with R&B singer Mya at an award show.

Oh my!

Barbara Walters: Donald Trump Wears A Hairpiece

Donald Trump

Reality host cum possible presidential candidate cum reality host cum debate moderator (the last two are presumably interchangeable at this point) Donald Trump is one of Barbara Walters 'most fascinating' people of this year.

The AP reports that Trump reiterated to Walters that he is still considering running for President "If the Republicans pick the wrong person, if the economy continues to be bad, I would certainly consider running as an independent.'"  Translation: If there is still a hole in the newscycle I can exploit I totally will!

Also?  Barbara is convinced Trump wears a hair piece.

"We started with his hair," confides Walters. "He said, 'Pull it and you can see that it's not a hairpiece.' So I did. And I still think it's a hairpiece."

The special airs next week.

For us, the most cringeworthy moment of The Hangover was not seeing Bradley Cooper being beaten with a crowbar by a naked man.

Instead, it was the crashes that ultimately claimed the life of an innocent Mercedes 220 SE.

We can gladly report that it appears at least one of the cars used in the filming survived unscathed. According to Autoblog, a 1965 220 SE that appeared in the film and was not destroyed is now available for sale on eBay.

Just try to snatch it up before it goes on a life-ending journey.

Now take a look at these rides that were recently up for auction >

When model Coco Rocha was just 15 years old and starting her career she was told "The look this year is anorexic," by agents (via New York Magazine).

Rocha told Vogue.com:

I felt pressure early in my career. I was told: ‘The look this year is anorexic. We don’t want you to be anorexic, just look it.’ This message was especially troubling given the fact that I was only fifteen.

Rocha shared this story while at the CFDA Health Initiative event at the Bank of America Tower last night.

The fashion industry is making strides to promote "Health is Beauty," by installing a mentoring program where veteran models mentor the younger generation to help them realized there are trainers, nutritionists and designers there to help them.

So Unless Tom Cruise Is Confused, A 'Top Gun' Sequel Is In The Works

top gunTom Cruise told MTV that a "Top Gun" sequel is in the works -- they just need a story. (Isn't that always the problem?)

It's kind of a weird -- or genius -- development considering the original "Top Gun" is slated to have another theatrical release.

The news broke back in September that the classic film was being converted to 3-D for a massive theater rollout.

Hey, who knows -- maybe Cruise just got confused about how "Top Gun" is coming back into our lives.

But if we were him, we'd want to talk about just about anything this week to distract from the claims that Indian actors were paid to clap and cheer for him at the Mumbai premiere of "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol."

Lionsgate Plans To Remake 'American Psycho' Already, Which Is A Terrible Idea

american psycho

Nonsense: Lionsgate plans to remake "American Psycho," according to Variety, though it hasn't been greenlit yet.

"American Psycho" came out in 2000. The new version would be set in "modern day" New York.

Let us count the ways in which this doesn't make sense:

  • The timing is awful. Wall Street's less decadent than ever before, thanks to Dodd-Frank and Occupy Everything and cultural sea-changes and a whole mess of other things.
  • "American Psycho" is still hugely relevant as a film. People watch it, quote it, send each other links to the business-card and Huey Lewis (NSFW) scenes.
  • Christian Bale is a movie star, and other than Batman, Patrick Bateman remains his emblematic role.
  • With the 2000 film, Mary Harron managed to improve on Bret Easton Ellis' hugely flawed novel in almost every way. She cut the excessive sexual depravity, gave Bateman more of an empathetic charisma and streamlined the overloaded plot.
  • That means, with a remake, writer/director Noble Jones would likely have to move back toward the book, unless Jones were to take an entirely different direction altogether. In that case, why not just make a different film?
  • Jones is a protege of "The Social Network" director David Fincher, which means he's learned from the best, but this seems like a terrible first full-length to undertake — with such a precedent, you're setting yourself up to fail.

Stick to the books that don't already have adaptations, Lionsgate.

diablo cody

It's been five years since the movie "Juno," which made major stars out of Ellen Page and Michael Cera, hit theaters.

But the true talent launched by that film was Diablo Cody, the writer who turned out the film's crackling, lightning-quick script.

Today, she's one of the most in-demand scribes in Hollywood -- and her latest, much-anticipated film, "Young Adult," comes out tomorrow and stars Charlize Theron.

Cody, who worked as a stripper, blogged and published a tell-all about her time on the stage called "Candy Girl" before "Juno" came out.

Cody's screenplay debut, "Juno," was directed by Jason Reitman and starred Ellen Page as a sharp witted pregnant teen. The film cost $7.5 million to make, and charmed moviegoers to the tune of $225 million worldwide.

In 2008, Cody won the Oscar for best screenplay -- and the film was nominated for best picture.

Fox News host Bill O'Reilly was ambushed by a person with a video camera on his way to a White House Christmas party last night.

O'Reilly was not amused by the encounter (which is sort of ironic considering how willingly O'Reilly deploys camera to ambush people on the street for the benefit of his Fox show).

The camera man wanted to know whether O'Reilly had been at a fundraiser for Newt Gingrich.

Instead of answering O'Reilly shoved his umbrella in the camera guy's face.  Then he tried to get him arrested.

Take note future O'Reilly ambush victims.  This is how it's done!

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar were planning for the birth of their 20th child, but People is now reporting that those plans have changed.

At a routine checkup today to find out the sex of their baby, the Duggars' doctor couldn't find a heartbeat and realized that Michelle had miscarried in her second trimester.

The TLC reality stars had already been picking out names. They say that once they learn the sex of the baby they will pick a name and then have a funeral service.

This is not the first time Michelle has miscarried. When she got pregnant for the second time she was on birth control and had a miscarriage, and from then on she and her husband left the number of children they would have "up to God." They had 18 more children.

She said that she and her family were heartbroken, and that it was a "real sad disappointment."

IT CAN HAPPEN HERE: The Feds Shut Down A Music Blog For A Year For No Real Reason

DHS seizure

The U.S. government seized the domain of a small but influential music blog a year ago under charges that look pretty bogus, then kept it under lock and key for more than a year, according to this completely outrageous story by Mike Masnick at Techdirt.

Around Thanksgiving 2010, the Department of Homeland Security seized more than 70 domains with no trial, accusing them of copyright infringement, and put up the alarming graphic seen at the right here.

One of the seized sites, Dajaz1.com, was a hip-hop blog.

According to Techdirt, the feds listed a bunch of songs that were supposedly there without permission. But in fact, the report says, the musicians and their reps sent the songs to Dajaz1 and asked for them to be publicized.

So apparently the seizure was based on totally false premises to begin with.

But that's not the really scary part.

Under the law, the feds have 60 days to inform the owner of seized property why they took it. The owner can then file a claim asking for it back. Once that happens, the government has 90 days to explain why the owner should forfeit the property permanently

The government reportedly missed the 90 day deadline.

Or at least that's what the owner assumed when he heard nothing. Then the court told him that the government got an extension.

But the owner couldn't see the extension because all the filings in the case were sealed, and was not allowed to testify in court to ask for his property back, says TechDirt.

This sounds like the kind of law enforcement tactics that might (maybe) be justified for a hardcore terrorist investigation. But for a copyright infringement case?

It went on like this for about a year, until the government finally returned the blog to its rightful owner yesterday, according to the report.

TechDirt concludes, "This whole thing has been a disgrace by the US government, starting with a bogus seizure, improper and illegal censorship, followed by denial of due process and unnecessary secrecy."

It's pretty hard to disagree.

Watch Kris Humphries Break His Silence (And Awkwardly Bake Cookies) On 'GMA' (VIDEO)

UPDATE: Annnd here we go, Humphries is "livid" with GMA because he said he was told the interview wouldn't focus on Kim. Kris, call us: we've got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.

Kris Humphries gave his first post-Kardashian interview on "Good Morning America" today -- and the free agent just wanted to drive home that he's training hard for basketball.

"Certain things happen in life and you just gotta move forward," he said when asked about the divorce.

Then Humphries spent the rest of the time deflecting questions towards talk of basketball, sometimes ludicrously so.

When Josh Elliott asked about the annulment, Humphries mumbled some ramblings that included mentioning that "camp starts today at 4 p.m." for most NBA players.

And he doesn't watch the Kardashian reality shows.

But the best part is when Tapper asked: "Do you still love her?"

Humphries laughed and murmured, "This guy." Then deflected again.

Later in the show, Humphries participated somewhat hilariously in the cooking segment. Both videos below.

Brace yourself.

Yet another reality TV show has turned out to not actually be real.

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson played the role of resident crazy judge during her four season stint on Tyra Banks' "America's Next Top Model."

Though she was a fan favorite, there's been bad blood between Banks and Dickinson since her departure from the show.

So it's no surprise that she rails against Banks and the show in this recent interview.

Despite the absurd antics, dramatic music and the "judge's panel," the winner is actually chosen by the show's sponsor CoverGirl, according to Dickinson who left as soon as she realized the truth.

This follows controversy this week over the show's latest season finale, which involved an unexplained disqualification and new scenes that producers filmed after shooting wrapped.

Dickinson ends the interview with a personal message to Banks: "Eat a bag of royal skank."

Lovely.

Lamar Odom thought he was out of LA last night, and then David Stern killed the deal. For the time being Odom is still a Laker, but there's a good chance he won't be by the end of the day.

And that makes him really sad.

Odom went on the Steven A. Smith show, before the trade was killed last night, and said he was really upset to be leaving the Lakers, you can hear him almost choking up a few times.

Another interesting pull out from the interview, Lamar thinks maybe the Lakers want to get rid of him because of his and Khloe Kardashian's reality show. He says:

"I don't know I think maybe I rubbed people the wrong way, maybe with doing the show, you know? I don't know when things come up you start to wonder and you start to guess."

No Royal or Kardashian wedding could ever compare to the amazingness that was Sinead O'Connor's wedding to Barry Herridge on Thursday.

The couple -- who met each other online four months ago, reports the New York Daily News -- exchanged vows from the back of a baby pink Cadillac at Las Vegas' A Little White Wedding Chapel. They both wore matching baby pink.

It also happened to be O'Connor's 45th birthday, so the chapel employees sang "Happy Birthday."

Earlier today, she posted this message about the wedding on her site:

Dear friends... amongst whom I include whomever may be reading this with a view to writing about the glorious marriage.

Am blogging this cus media people are naturally seeking me.

On sunday I will put up blog on whole day. Too glorious for words.

For now though, as you will appreciate, it's a bit of a 'Can't. Talk. Cock. In. Mouth'. Situation.

Last Night, Occupy Wall Street Protestors Took Over A 'Law & Order' Set Depicting -- Occupy Wall Street

law and order

Late Thursday night, the Huffington Post found Occupy Wall Street protestors disrupting a "Law & Order: SVU" shoot they felt was making light of their cause.

"SVU," which often relies on recent news phenoms to fuel its storylines, was shooting an episode at a Manhattan set on which they'd elaborately recreated the Zuccotti Park encampment.

And we do mean elaborately: tents, food, signs reading "Stop Economic Rape."

Protestors raided the site, and were promptly kicked out by police, around 1 a.m.

Later, series producer Warren Leight tweeted that the scene the invaders ruined was one that would have portrayed them sympathetically -- but his tweets, according to HuffPo, have since been deleted.

Microsoft Wants TV Execs To Come Make Shows For Xbox (MSFT)

Xbox at Microsoft Store

Microsoft is trying to recruit TV executives to help build original shows for the Xbox.

Bloomberg reports that the company approached Jeff Gaspin, who was the chairman of NBC before Comcast took over the company in January, and Marc Graboff, who just announced plans to quit his job as the head of west coast operations for NBC.

This sounds like an awful idea.

Microsoft has tried to make big content pushes in the past -- in the 1990s it launched a bunch of original Web content for MSN (like the magazine Slate), and in 2006 it unveiled MSN Originals, a project to get exclusive video content for MSN. None of them took off.

Plus, Microsoft is already doing quite well getting content from partners.

Earlier this week, Microsoft added content from a whole bunch of video partners to Xbox Live, including traditional TV providers like Comcast Xfinity (on demand) and Verizon, and networks like ESPN and the BBC.

So why get into original content?

There may be a bit of Google-envy at work here.

Google has reportedly invested hundreds of millions of dollars to spur original YouTube content, and last month it unveiled more than 100 new exclusive YouTube channels. Google isn't actually producing that content, but it is exclusive -- unlike most of the material on Xbox Live today.

charlize theronCharlize Theron isn't just one of the most beautiful actresses working today -- she's one of the most selective.

And she's been that way since the early days, when, as Hollywood lore has it, she fired her first manager for sending her scripts like "Showgirls."

It's paid off for the actress, who seems to succeed with every risk she takes.

Now let's see how she got here.

1995: A still struggling Theron appears in the straight-to-video "Children of the Corn III."

1996: Theron sees her first speaking role in "2 Days in the Valley." The short performance hikes her profile considerably. Later that year, she also appears in "That Thing You Do!"

1997: Theron rounds out Jeff Daniels and Michael Richards in "Trial and Error," then gets top billing opposite Al Pacino and Keanu Reeves in "The Devil's Advocate."
